We have found that this provides maximum return on investment, in contrast to spending weeks or even months planning an elaborate strategy that ultimately becomes stale before it can be implemented. Although this approach can feel a bit unstructured at first, most clients agree that utilizing "just-in-time" planning is the best decision for their business because it allows for - and, in fact, presumes - rapid change. This style closely resembles the common sense approach of Scrum, which is an iterative, incremental process for developing any product or managing any work. |
